Michael Corbell – Director
Mike Corbell has gained broad business experience during a successful career over more than 25 years. Early in his career his company built homes, restaurants and hotels; managing projects in multiple states simultaneously . As the Director of Operations for one of the largest U.S. cellular contractors for 8 years, he has managed the construction and/or modification of over 5,000 cell sites in more than 30 states. His company has worked for the largest wireless carriers and wireless general contractors, including: AT&T, Sprint, Metro-PCS, Verizon, T-Mobile, Nextel, and Cingular; plus Bechtel, Crown Castle, Clearwire, and more. Under his leadership, tower crews have followed stringent safety requirements, participated in weekly safety meetings, received extensive safety training and followed all OSHA compliance procedures.
Steven Powers – Director
Steve Powers owns or has been involved in numerous business entities, including retail, manufacturing, foundries, construction, real estate, oil and gas, and telecommunications. One of his companies, Propulsion Technologies, Inc., has a worldwide network of dealers, distributors and customers; manufacturing and shipping products to every continent on the globe for over 25 years. His foundry business, EMP (Engineered Metal Products), located in Guadalajara, Mexico; produces many different stainless steel and aluminum products for Propulsion Technologies, Inc. and for others such as Honda, Evinrude, and Caterpiller. Dealing with molten metals with temperatures of 2,500 degrees Fahrenheit, he has developed excellent safety programs and an excellent record with OSHA. With as many as 80 employees, regular training and safety programs are an integral part of ongoing operations.
Steven Keene – Director
Steve is a licensed general contractor and a Real Estate Broker in three states. Previously, as the Director of Operations for K.Hovnanian Homes, the 6th largest public home builder in the US with annual sales exceeding $20 billion, Steve played a key role in the management of 500 employees with annual sales revenues of $800 million, in the West Coast Division. His team was responsible for land development and construction of 35 subdivisions consisting of over 10,000 single family lots and homes. His experience includes the engineering design and installation of telephone and cable TV distribution lines, power, gas, water and sewer systems, traffic signals, public water tanks, chlorination and pump stations, storm drainage, streets, and bridges. His division, achieved the highest OSHA ratings and the most improved Hovnanian safety and profit goals of any region within the 19 state footprint of the corporation. Additionally, Steve has owned and/or managed business ventures in telecommunications, home building, commercial construction, and magazine publishing. He oversaw a telecommunications venture for 10 years, with multiple retail stores selling, installing and servicing; cell phones, satellite TV and pagers. His company, Pagers Plus, Inc., received the Dealer of Excellence award from AT&T Wireless for the State of Louisiana.
